Located a quick 10-mins down Hwy 111 in the Windy Point neighborhood, this adorable 3BD/2BA pool home is the perfect getaway for many reasons. It's spacious interior, fully stocked kitchen, retro design and brand new backyard w/ pool & hot tub will delight all who step through the front door. This neighborhood has some of the best San Jacinto mountain views you can ask for . . . even better than Palm Springs proper.
Spend you days lazily hanging out in the cool air-conditioned rooms or outside lounging by the pool. Outside you will also find a gas fire pit for those starry-skied nights and a BBQ grill for a complete outdoor cooking experience.
INDOOR FIREPLACE: Is not functional - It was removed for safety reasons so note that the picture is incorrect and being updated.

POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Summary: We were blown away by this property. The house was absolutely adorable, prettier than the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. It was just the two of us and we so much enjoyed the pool. We bought a few noodles to use in the pool and left them in the garage for future guests. The privacy was exactly what we were looking for. We used the grill almost every night. Enjoyed sitting out outside in the morning drinking coffee. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Elizabeth B
