Positive: Very spacious room, staff friendly, away from the hustle and bustle,

Negative: Breakfast was included, but it was mediocre, I get maybe traditional breakfast, but really didn’t want bread and cakes for breakfast every day, that are left out with no covers on from 7am till 11am. The first day there was fresh fruit but never had any again, asked for some another day and they managed to rustle up 2 past there best peaches, so I’d advise against booking breakfast as part of your deal and just order something in the bar if you want it.

Positive: Rooms are really big. Staff are exceptionally professional and provide quality service (e.g. getting reasonable taxi rates). This place is better than a hotel and beds are extra comfortable. It’s 2 mins walk from the shopping mall with a huge grocery stall in the basement and multiple restaurants on the top floor.

Negative: There’s no gym and the provided breakfast is quite lacking. The downtown city is 15mins away which requires taxi.

Summary: Had an enjoyable 2 weeks stay with quality service from the staff. Definitely recommend booking to stay here while on va

Positive: The staff were exceptional. There is a mall opposite the riad. The coffee in the bar was very tasty.

Negative: The shower handpiece kept falling down and it didn't drain properly.

Positive: Great staff and very comfortable, clean rooms. The location is around 4 km from the medina, but it's easy to get there by walking (about 30 minutes) or taking a taxi just in front of the shopping center, which is next door. The riad also offers breakfast and an indoor restaurant with delicious and reasonably priced food. We didn't use it, but there is also a roof jacuzzi and a hammam available within the riad. We stayed there for 5 days and loved it.
