Positive: Very tastefully decorated, felt really cosy. A great experience. I liked the attention to details. And we looooved Luna, the aristocratic cat. She is the real host of the house and she makes sure you are not feeling lonely. :)) The manager of the Riad, even thought we didn’t meet in person, was really helpful via watsapp making sure we are well taken care of. I don’t remember the name of the two women from the staff but they were extremely kind. There are only three bedrooms in the riad and that makes it comfy and homely. And there isn’t any staff there from 8 pm till 8 am and you are given a key of the riad so that you can go in and out when you want to.
Negative: It’s not that we didn’t like it, it was just a bit unusual for us, but the rooms had no keys. There was a lock on the outside and on the inside but anyone could’ve opened it. But it was weird just for a few minutes because afterwards it did feel really safe and I kind of like that feeling of trusting the people and not locking your door It was a feeling I didn’t realize I missed. The other thing that I didn’t like but it has nothing to do with the riad, was the 5 am call to prayer in the Medina. It was loud…but if you stay in a riad in the Medina, it’s a thing that needs to grow on you because you cannot escape it.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful riad, comfortable, silent and relaxing. Only 3 room, you have privecy and big and authentic room decorations. The inner yard is absolutely stunning, green, clean and peaceful. The breakfast is good, we have also a very pleasant privat dinner with delicious food.
Negative: The breakfast could have more variety, a omelette could be added.

Positive: Everything, it is so peaceful and in a nice part of the medina a little further away from the busiest parts but still super close to everything. Absolutely stunning place as well and the breakfast was massive and delicious. The staff were lovely and super helpful booking taxis etc. The room was lovely as well.

Positive: We liked that we were able to walk mostly everywhere from the riad. Be advised that taxis aren’t able to stop at the entrance, you always have to walk a bit. We liked the authentic look and feel of the riad. We enjoyed the variation of the breakfast each morning. We also liked the ladies working there and the easy communication with the manager.
Negative: We didn’t like how dark our room was, there is very little natural light coming in. The bathroom (specifically the shower and the towels) felt quite old and in need of an update. We also did not appreciate being charged 500 dirhams for a lunch which we had after first arriving. We tried to negotiate this down as it was clearly too much but still had to pay 400 dirhams for a lunch which we know wasn’t worth that much. So be careful and ask for the price of things up front (same applies to taxis they might call for you, we were always able to find better deals ourselves)
Summary: Ok but we wouldn’t recommend nor return
