Positive: The breakfast is outstanding, the staff are very kind and helpful. The beach front views are really pretty. The courtyard and deck are really nice and bright. Staff keep everything really clean. beds, linens and towels were soft and comfortable.

Negative: The facilities are a bit old and outdated. Our first room was off the courtyard. The room was big with a nice bathroom.but the doors didn't seal to the wall, so literally anyone could hear anything. Also the lights weren't great. We got moved upon request, to a smaller room which was more private. There was a separate toilet room that really needs renovations and a shower area. It was interesting. This place is a diamond in the rough, with some major upgrades it could be amazing.

Positive: Amazing location with a killer view of the beach, ocean and city below. Very comfortable, big room. Very good breakfast on the first day.

Negative: The shower had not been maintained well and the bathroom was dated compared to the rest of the property.

Positive: The great view from the terrace and unique location. We got a room downstairs where we overlooked the beautiful ocean. The riad offers delivery of a nearby restaurant, which has great dishes for quite reasonable prices.

Negative: Although the rooms were quite clean, we did have a blanket which had quite a big stain. The bathroom; bath and toilet could use an update. The sink in our room leaked a lot, running water would fill the floor quite fast. Overall a good stay but a bit overpriced in my opinion, considering the price being close to twice what we paid at other locations around Maroc.

Summary: Great views, very helpful staff for a somewhat high price
