Positive: Nice renovated riad. Good location, very comfortable rooms for 5, great breakfast and nice maid

Negative: Patio super cold in winter and no heater, only social area is the rooftop in the open and very cold/wet when raining or cold. We had to have dinner in one of the bed rooms. Entrance not easy to find and not very engaging
