Positive: All the staff — Samira, Lashan, and Nujhat — are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Samira even arranged for a massage therapist to come to the riad and booked our taxi to the airport. Lashan provided everything we asked for immediately, and helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They are all truly dedicated and work extremely hard to make guests’ stays memorable. The room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was very nice. The riad is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We would love to stay here again!

Positive: The location was clean, the staff very friendly, the rooms cleaned every day

Negative: They are not the fault of the owners, but those who want to stay in the Riad should know that they are located in the old city, which at first sight can be a little scary for those who are not used to it. Here the access alley is well lit and quite safe.

Positive: A very kind host welcomed us late at night and saw us off early for our flight. He arranged transportation for us (15 € each way)and made us feel comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy. The main attractions and souks are within walking distance, and right next to the Riad there are two small local shops where you can buy water and basic necessities. The feeling of safety was high.

Negative: The host speaks little English, which made communication quite difficult, aldough it is still possible to understand each other. Breakfast is not as described in the property listing; during our stay it was monotonous, almost identical every day, served by the host: tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, butter, jam or honey, cake and yogurt. It lacks variety. The description states that the Riad has a restaurant, however it does not- there was no options to have dinner inside the Riad , only in the nearby restaurants.Also during our stay the weather was cold so it was very difficult to heat the room to a comfortable level. The breakfast area was also cold, the kind host offered us blankets for warmth, but it would have been more plasent to have some source of heating in the common area as well.

Positive: Great location, close to the action, but tucked down a side street, so nice and quiet. Also really convenient for taxis and excursion pickup and drop offs. Lecen and Samira were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough to help us. Highly recommend.
