Summary: Overall, the experience is awesome. We got a free upgrade to a suite along with one best staff service possible. The hotel and room was beautiful. It is also located near all famous attractions. Please note that Raid is located 5 min away from the roads and no vehicles can drop you directly at teh riad. Regardless, I highly recommend this riad.

Summary: Lovely traditional riad in the middle of the Medina & within walking distance of most of the must see sites. The riad is clean, well kept & all staff were extremely helpful. A substantial Moroccan breakfast. The roof has a pool & sunbeds, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Summary: This is such a beautiful hotel in such a great location. The staff is incredible! They are so helpful so nice so accommodating. This hotel is in a great location which is a 5-minute walk from the most popular tour meeting location. It's also an 8 minute walk from the big square. We loved walking through the Medina looking at all the stores. There's plenty of restaurants within 5 to 7 minutes walking distance. It's very safe and very quiet.

Summary: The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hammam massage was also excellent and a highlight of the visit. The only downside was that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. It made the stay feel less private than we expected. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service, but next time we may choose something a bit farther from the city center for a quieter experience.
