Positive: Pool and garden area is really nice and very refreshing after a flight. Communication and staff is exceptional!! Just perfect for a overnight close to airport.!

Negative: Food is quit expensive but 24 hours available!!! Towel had stains and was old. It was not to use but I also didn't ask for a replacement to be fair!

Positive: They were able to accomodate special food needs which was super helpful and I was able to have my cat with me. The garden was wonderful. The staff were super helpful.

Negative: The bathroom didn't seem super clean and the pillows/pillowslips/towel had a slight mildew smell

Summary: It was great for the things I most needed and I would stay there again and recommend it.

Positive: Everything was wonderful. I got picked up from the airport in the middle of the night. It’s really close so for me that was perfect because I had to be back at the airport early in the morning. Still I got served a wonderful breakfast at 6 in the morning. Everybody was wonderful!

Negative: Since I arrived late and the person that picked me up did not speak english, communication was a bit tough and I could not access the wifi. Maybe just put the wifi code inside the room. But that’s not a real downside! Just a suggestion
