Positive: A riad in a great location with authentic furnishings. We enjoyed our stay in Fes so much that we ended up staying an extra day. Abraham (I hope I spelled that right) was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Positive: Abraham was the absolute best. He did everything he could to make our stay better. You could see he was working very hard and ready to help with anything you could need. The owner was also a great host, and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better. Great shower, late hour tea, and AC for warming in the rooms. The bulding is beautiful and it has great decoration, a full riad experience.

Negative: I think we were just unlucky. On the night we arrived, we were informed that due to heavy rain the room we had booked had some issues, so we were moved to a different room for the night. That room was supposed to be only for one night, but we ended up staying there for two. Unfortunately, it had a strong sewage smell and the AC wasn’t powerful enough for the cold. The first night the sewage also got clogged, but Abraham took care of it immediately and did everything he could to fix the issues. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work on our first night, but it was fixed the following evening. When we informed the owner about everything, he arranged an upgrade to a suite for our last night, offered complimentary breakfast for the last two days, and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. Once we were upgraded, the suite was amazing. Overall, I think it was just bad luck at the beginning, but Abraham and the owner really tried their best to make our stay better, and we would still recommend this place.

Positive: It was a beautiful riad, the room was big, had air conditioning and the bathroom was nice. The bed was very big.

Negative: It was a little hard to find and I wouldn’t swim in the pool.
