Positive: We had such a lovely stay at this riad. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. On arrival, they gave us a map with great recommendations for places to eat and offered to help organise day trips, which made everything feel so easy and relaxed. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh mint tea available whenever we asked—such a nice touch. The rooftop garden was one of our favourite spots: peaceful and calm, perfect for unwinding. We watched the sunset and sunrise from up there a couple of times, and it was absolutely magical. Totally recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere warm, helpful, and full of charm in Marrakech.

Positive: It is an understatement to say that it was divine from start to finish , the authenticity of the hospitality from Anass( the manager) Achraf, Fatima and Marwa was exceptional , the Riad is so beautiful, clean, cosy I could live there forever , loved breakfast and the ambience . When they got to know it was my birthday on the 9th of April, they made me a surprise cake with candles and a beautiful rendition of the song- happy birthday to you . Thank you for such a memorable time which I’ll cherish forever and like I said , I’ll be back for Christmas. Keep up being the genuine , selfless and rare souls that you are . Positive: Anass and Ashraf were very accommodating and extremely helpful! The location is right by the palace, it is down a narrow alleyway but very safe in the day (I didn’t walk at night) they helped me with my transfer, and have their number in case I ever got lost! The most beautiful riad with gorgeous rooms and rooftops, I’d highly recommend a great location!!

Positive: We were welcomed with open arms and felt instantly at home. Such a glorious building, celebrating the beauty of Marrakech. We loved being able to pick a time for breakfast, and felt like such a great start before a day of exploring. We loved all of the advice on what to do we were provided with on arrival. Every member of staff was so very kind, and made the stay so special. The roof terrace (home to friendly tortoises) and the seating areas around the Riad, provided such calm places to sit and plan for the day or read.

Summary: We would recommend this Riad to absolutely everyone!

Positive: The riad is absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend choosing a riad as your accommodation to truly experience and immerse yourself in the local culture. The attention to detail in the decor is stunning, and it creates a warm, homely atmosphere. Both Achcaf and Anass are incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though we arrived quite late, Achcaf took the time to go over the map with us and explained the various attractions we could visit. Thanks to Anass, we learned that we should arrive earlier at the airport than usual, as passport checks take longer. He even offered to print our boarding passes for us, as we were flying with EasyJet, and printing them in advance is required to avoid additional charges at the airport. Both of them were exceptional, friendly, and made our stay truly memorable.

Positive: We loved our stay. The staff is so kind. Thank you Asraff and Laila (sorry if I misspelled your names) and Anass who checked in with me a week before my arrival to make sure I was well taken care of. They are like family, warm and welcoming. The personal love and care they show is rare to find. From the incredible breakfast to Laila's Thai massage to the smiles on their faces to the detailed design of the riad including the turtles on the terrace we were happy to see one morning. Everything was perfect. Chukran Merci 🙏❤️

Negative: We were connected to a wonderful private tour guide but we didn't like that he brought us to his friends shops as it felt forced and we weren't interested in buying anything especially not a carpet. Also the shower head in our bathroom was leaking unfortunately, so our bathroom floor was often wet.

Positive: So delicately decorated, beautiful and tranquil. Located by palaces and only a short walk into the Medina. We were greeted by Anass and the team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful; they sorted us with transport and a SIM card. The rooms were perfect. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Positive: I just arrived back home from my trip and am still daydreaming about Riad Dar Naomi. Such a beautiful place. May just be the best accommodation experience of my life. Super comfortable in every way and just exquisitely decorated. Superb location in an enchanting laneway, an easy walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and all the key sights of Marrakesh. Special thanks to Anass and all of the riad staff who were always welcoming and available to help in any way. I truly miss it and hope to stay there again in the future!
