Positive: The Riad was amazing. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. It was just fantastic. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was also very good. Would not hesitate to recommend and would stay there again

Positive: The Riad was brilliantly decorated, in a prime location for walking around the Medina. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay and crazy lovely city to visit. The Riad is right in the centre of the vibrant city, but the moment you walk through the Riad door it is peaceful and relaxing with beautiful rooftop terrace.

Negative: Not sure what you could improve on to be honest!

Summary: A perfect place stay when going for a FEZ experience.

Positive: We loved everything about this beautiful riad ! We stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had so far. The day in the riad started with a delicious breakfast. On the rooftop terrace you can relax in the sun and drink a tea. The interior of the riad is tastefully decorated in moroccan style and it smells of jassmin blossoms We really felt at home there. Hanae welcomed us warmly and gave us a lot of useful insider tips for our vacation in Fes, info concerning possible excursions.Since we wanted a private tours, the first one was to Chefchaouen and the last one was to the desert ending in Marrakech!! And I really recommend!!!!

Positive: Our room was incredibly beautiful. The mosaics and tile work are spectacular. The location was great. We could walk through the medina or quickly get a cab to the new city/train station. The staff were new and were clearly training to give better service. Their training lead was incredibly helpful and it was wonderful to see them all trying so hard. Breakfast was the classic Moroccan hotel breakfast but always fresh.

Positive: A beautiful riad with gorgeous high ceilings and authentic decoration. Location is perfect, near the two main streets of the old Medina. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating to whatever one could need. They helped us arrange transportation and an extra night last minute because we arrived last minute. They kindly provided laundry service which took only a few hours to be ready, extremely quick ! They also helped us find our lost belongings in the bus we came with by calling the company etc. The rooms are super clean and neat. I recommend taking the bigger rooms because you would really feel like a royalty ! The breakfast with classical music is very nice
