Positive: The fabulous location, the decorated rooms, the amazing view from the terrace, the quality food,and most importantly the courtesy and hospitality from the staff and owner.

Negative: I don’t have anything negative to say. I even parked my car in front of the Riad. Amazing.

Summary: Wonderful people and place. I highly recommend it!

Positive: Wonderful Riad and such friendly helpful family, men and women all involved and kind. A very new Riad hotel, previously a family home. Colourful and lovely, comfortable beds, lovely home cooked super fresh breakfast on the choice of the terrace in the morning sun, in your room or the cool downstairs sitting space.

Positive: Riad Dalal lived up to what I was told about Moroccan hospitality. Azis and Mostafa were kind, and welcomed us with open arms and mint tea. When we arrived, I had realized I left my purse in a small town 3 hours away and they were so kind to offer to communicate and organize for my purse to be sent so we did not have to drive back for it. Azis always asked what time we wanted breakfast (8:00am - 10:00am). The breakfast they prepared was amazing. We ordered dinner with them the last night, and it was delicious! The place is clean with a heater/AC and hot water to shower for the winter cold. We were also able to park our rental car right in front of the property. Mostafa and Azis coordinated for a guide to come to us and show us around Fez and the medina, who was great. They even invited us to watch the Africa Cup of Nations finals match of Senegal vs Morocco. Azis talked to us about Morocco, Fez, and their traditions. And Mostafa was always happy to make us some delicious espresso and accommodate us however we needed. We can't recommend Riad Dalal enough. Unfortunately if you type this place in Google Maps it might take you down the wrong road if coming from the west. If it has you turn into Bab lboujat, do not do it. Pass it and go straight on the round about. Then turn right on to a street where there are parking lots on each side, and continue straight. You'll approach a T intersection with a security person sitting in a chair. Turn right and go through the archway. Follow the road, and turn right into another archway. Park on the right-hand side of the road, and Riad Dalal is the building in front of you, on the very right.

Positive: Great location in the city center right by the royal palace. Good breakfast. Host Mustafa was amazing, same as level of hospitality. I didn’t feel like a guest for one night, but rather like a friend!
