Negative: Far from the city. Staff are non existent in the morning and breakfast starts really late. A promise of an early provision was met with a sleepy half dressed worker having no idea. Really not good for the level of place they are going for

Positive: The Riad is in lush settings. It is new. You have everything you need and it's quaint, and true to it's style. You get your money's worth for your stay.

Negative: If you make last minute plans, don't expect to be accommodated. Then again, it is Morocco and it is advisable to add an hour extra time to your schedule, both ways. Also, things just take longer, such as getting your coffee. I assume this is more of a cultural thing. The room was mostly clean, only there was black hair in the shower and a small piece of blood which wasn't easily cleaned and also then not cleaned. But here we are bring very picky. We do understand that the staff were annoyed that we were arriving from Europe with perhaps expectations we shouldn't have had. But overall, I would recommend this place. A friendly hello from the staff would've been appreciated.

Positive: Amazing place, still new and well designed and equipped, the reception was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was the usual Moroccan breakfast however it tasted incredible! The place is well located if you want to visit Ifrane and Fes and want to stay away from the cities.

Positive: Breakfast was poor! Took 40mins to order a fried egg! Then came with no knife and forks! Coffe came with no milk, had to go and ask for it!!

Negative: The restaurant was cold, as doors were all open, no heating in bedrooms worked properly
