Positive: Location is great as it is right in the Medina. Parking was close by and convenient. Staff was nice and the Riad was very clean.

Negative: Room was very dark, no window, bed was super hard. Design was unpleasant, all tiles, felt like sleeping in a bathroom, no lamp shades, just barren light bulbs. Rooftop was ok but walls too high to look over town.

Summary: Ok for a stopover night only

Positive: Breakfast was OK, but quite simple, probably the worst I've had in Marocco. Room was also just OK, enough space, shower was clean, toilet too, the problem was with the basin. WiFi I don't remember to be honest, but I think it was good here. The best from the place is probably the location, in the medina but 50 meters from the main road.

Negative: My main concern here is about cleanliness. The basin had toilet tissue around the faucet,and was constantly dirty with pieces of wood, or paint (don't know exactly), falling from the roof. When I asked the owners, they just said the building had more than 100 years. OK! I once opened the milk and coffee pot and didn't find they were clean either. For breakfast, they were offering more industrial pastries than in other places. First day I left them. Second day I got double ration. I asked for pancakes and they served me some. I also got some almost angry faces and distrust when I tried paying online the last morning, by a service that my Booking reservation was offering to me.

Positive: Love riad azrou. I've stayed several times. The staff is outstanding, the riad is very clean and comfortable, the breakfat is great. Wonderful location in Azrou.

Positive: wide room great with efficient AC Breakfast very good. Staff attentive and friendly. the best hot pancakes e delicious orange juice ! Near the town center

Negative: stairs too tight to carry luggage room on the top floor motorcycles at the hotel door apparently safely. Had no issues

Positive: The location was great. Close to many of sites and the stands for the “grands taxis” and “petits taxis”. The breakfast was fantastic - fresh squeezed orange juice, cafe ole, freshly cooked Moroccan bread, baguettes, pastries with nice marmalade, honey and butter! The great staff were very helpful and accommodating!
