Positive: The room was big and clean and the host was friendly and kind.
Negative: We paid absolutely too much for it. It’s in the middle of nowhere, right on a busy road and away from the town centre; you need a car for everything. Woken up by the heavy noise of work on the roof.

Positive: The ensuite accommodation was very good, modern and clean, with a well cooked breakfast provided in the restaurant bar.
Negative: The room window had to be kept closed to shut out the background road noise. My only gripe and it is very minor, a chair in the room would have been nice. Check the pub opening days if you want a meal and drink in house in the evening. They only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I stayed on a Tuesday travelling by motorcycle so I chose not to go out for an evening meal in the rain.

Positive: Sarah was a fantastic host who makes an amazing cooked breakfast! (non-cooked options also available). She was really friendly and gave us helpful ideas for places to visit whilst we were there. The location is great, only 20mins drive to the Four Waterfalls walk, 5mins drive to the Henrhyd Falls, 50mins drive to Pen Y Fan and just over 1hr from Gower Coast. Comfy beds, room was quiet and very clean, with a nice view of the chickens and geese on the grass outside! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!
Negative: Not an issue for us, but just be aware there wasn't food available in the evenings (only on certain days), but there is a nice restaurant only 5mins drive away.
