Positive: The location is fine if you need to be close to the Maceio airport. Otherwise, it is not an interesting area to stay at. It is located about 30 min away from the coast. There are supermarkets, stores and some restaurants nearby. Best thing about the place is its cleanliness and friendly owners.
Negative: The beds weren't very comfortable. The worst part was the mosquitoes; you need to bring a net or request one, they bit us all over. Even with windows closed and AC on, they get in.
Summary: A fine place to spend the night before a trip from Maceio airport
