Summary: Very modern and clean hotel. Spa was included and it was great. Very friendly staff. Only small minus was that the pillows were a bit too big and hard for our liking.

Summary: The receptionist and front desk were very nice and friendly. The pool was very attractive. The suite was big but no concept. The balcony looks over dirty top roof. We asked the front desk to change the room but no response. Modern but boring with exception of bottle of water nothing else. It was a bad option for a hotel and faraway from the center.

Summary: It was a lovely stay and if you want to join the waterpark this is a must stay! The entre to the park was included in the price and that was used alot! Breakfast was nice - but could use an upgrade on some of the elements to choose from. The restuarant was amazing - the bar was perfect for beer. Limited selection on cocktails but a nice staff. Close to many things in Sankt Gallen. Will recommend!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient.

Summary: We were looking to visit the Appenzell/St. Gallen region, combined with a visit at the Säntispark for the kids. Couldn’t pick a better place - the water park entrance is included in the room price and you get your bracelets at the hotel - no line up! Great breakfast and great service.
