Positive: The location of the apartment is excellent if you want to be downtown and the facilities in the building are very good - gym / pool. For me the location of the apartment is not great as there is no sunlight, so if you like your apartment dark then fine but if you like to have the sun come in as I do then this is not ideal. I had a few requests when I first arrived and the host was very responsive so I am grateful for that.

Negative: As well as the low floor and general darkness of the apartment most things were fine. There is quite an ugly sofa bed in the middle of the living area which I ask to move as I was staying alone. If there are more than 2 in the apartment then I guess there needs to be a sofa bed but I would suggest something more aesthetically pleasing would be better.

Summary: The host was very responsive and attentive but the apartment was not as good as I hoped.
