A little slice of heaven in the city! This is a spectacular home located on 1.3 acres on a quiet street in the heart of South Charlotte. Beautiful wooded lot with a stream running through it and walking trails. A covered porch runs the entire back of the house.
The 5600 sq. ft. house has everything you can think of for a home away from home. Basement has a kitchenette, as well as pool and foosball tables. The house also has a huge pool. Beautiful fire pit outside.
Close to I-485, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, we are 15 minutes from uptown. Lots of to do at the house and in the surrounding areas.

Summary: The owner (Nancy) was awesome. Due to another owner cancelling at the very last minute, I was in a crunch to find something. Upon seeing the property available, I reached out and the immediate, cordial communication flow began with Nancy. The home is as described. It is a bit of an older home but has all of the charm, space (inside and outside), and amenities needed for a family gathering.

Summary: There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the bunk room was enjoyed by the kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Nancy left snacks on the counter for us, and she responded quickly to my messages.

Summary: Our family traveled from Kentucky to Charlotte for my granddaughter’s graduation. We were greeted by balloons and a graduation gift! Nancy communicated with me throughout the entire stay! The neighborhood was amazing. We were only minutes away from shopping! The home was BEAUTIFUL and well kept! We were so comfortable! It felt like home!!

Summary: The property was exactly as described and PERFECT for our family and friends! There were 11 of us in for our son's wedding. From ages 10 to 79! Nancy's home provided more than enough room and was everything you could imagine!! We arrived to a super cute peg board congratulating the new Mr. & Mrs., lots of fun snacks and also a personal note on the chalk board. I am a very detailed person so this meant the world to me! From beginning to end, Nancy ALWAYS answered every question right away. The home was very clean and it literally had anything and everything you could need for a wonderful weekend. Just bring clothes and food!The host provides tons of extra linens and there is easy access, a great convenient neighborhood & the property is GORGEOUS!!! I could continue on and on!! ALL 11 of us were VERY HAPPY with Nancy's home!!! We can't thank you enough, Nancy!!

Summary: I can’t say enough nice things about this home! We came to Charlotte for a family vacation with small children and wanted a city with plenty of activities to choose from. We had to have a house with a pool. This pool is the largest single family home pool I have ever seen! Bigger than some hotel pools. The home is so large and has plenty of choices of places for people to gather or be separate if wanted. Huge bedrooms, most with their own private bath! But what made this house better than any other VRBO home is the amenities. Nancy went above and beyond with supplies. We didn’t have to use any of our own toilet tissue, paper towels, kitchen items, even had coffee, Keurig, tea, fully stocked spices, sugar, everything you need to cook. It is so conveniently located to any activity you want to do. Nancy responded to our questions right away. I would give this home a 10 if I could!! Thanks again Nancy!!

Summary: I wanted something private but with entertainment options for my daughter's 15th birthday. The place was ideal with a private pool. The hostess was so nice and answered me back through text almost immediately. The house was perfect for the age groups that accompanied me. From 2months to a twenty six year old, to two older women (lol), we all had a ball. The cleanliness of the home was great, the area was ideal, and the couple of near by eateries were pretty good. I would suggest this home to anyone that wants to feel pampered and well taken care of.

Summary: We all loved the pool - it was the perfect week-end for it. The kids loved the downstairs area - that was their main hang out and my kids wanted to take the whole area home with us. The bedrooms are all large and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook meals. We spent so much time on the large back porch even when it was hot - it was nice there was a little fan out there and the whole yard is very private. Nancy was very responsive and answered all questions - there is a grocery store and cvs very close by.

Summary: House is very large and was perfect for our group. Nancy went above and beyond what I’d expect from a host. She was very quick replying to any questions that I had. She also put out some special decorations for our group which was an extremely generous touch! The property is huge and the pool was perfectly clean.
