Summary: The staff was superb. Nora, at the front desk, is bilingual and was simply outstanding. She was so helpful and friendly with solving any problem. Omar, the tour guide was one of the best that I have had in any country. Very knowledgeable the such a nice person. Nordati at the front desk is excellent too. Ayarti at the breakfast area is very nice too. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was superb. The people working in the restaurant are very good too. The guy that closes the gym on Wednesday night is very helpful. There is a great view of the ocean and sunset from the property. There are many nice areas where you can sit outside and relax. The guys who do the landscaping and yard are very good, the property looks perfect. There is an artist who sells her beautiful paintings in the lobby. The staff at this hotel are excellent

Summary: This hotel was a fortress at the end of the road. Safe. But not really connected to the city. Is that even possible in Moroni? If you’re intent on going to Comoros, this is definitely a good place to stay.

Summary: The WiFi was very spotty, the tiles around the pool were in rough shape, unstable in some areas. We had to change rooms because the AC in the first room was not getting cool enough. Getting out of the tub is dangerous, requires one to be very careful because the tub is slippery and the floor is lower than the tub floor… the towel rack saved my wife and I.

Summary: The hotel is well located and the personal is very helpful and dedicated. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, the bed is comfy. The restaurant is good, with not many options for lunch and dinner but the breakfast is diversified and has many good options. The only minus is the bathroom cleaning, that could be improved. Overall is a good hotel for short and longer stays.

Summary: Hotel has seen some better days, but it's ok. Some stains in the room, staff gets the job done but not overly friendly. Wifi is ok most times. The area out back is really pretty. Overall, it's not bad, but it's seen some better days and could with a little touch-up.

Summary: The hotel is one of the best in town and the grounds are very nice. But the swimmingpool was all green with algae and even though they cleaned it out, the algae came back after one day, so we could only use it for two swims. Something is not working with the pool, and the hotel should get it fixed a.s.a.p. The staff was very friendly but the rooms need renovating, especially the bathrooms. The hotel does not serve alcohol, but it is possible to by food and alcohol at the small grillbar halfway up the mainstreet from Retaj Moroni, where the owner speeks English.

Summary: Its nice hotel in Moroni but rooms need renovation. House keeping do not really pay attention in cleaning. I noticed that they only fix bed but cleaning bathroom and bathtub they don't. Walls on the bathtub area are dirty and looks like never been cleaned. Buffet is good. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned really good as it did not look like it was for a long time. Females that work there need to adhere to modern standard and stop wearing million outfits while working there, it is hot and with long traditional dresses it does not suit them to clean properly and work better. They need to separate their religion from international work standard and have proper hotel dress code.

Summary: Hotel is very near some restaurants, less than 200 m away. Only the nearest restaurant sells alcoholic drinks and you can mix with the friendly locals. There is a large garden facing the ocean within the hotel compound suitable for morning and evening stroll, with sunset view.

Summary: The hotel was very nice. A bit difficult to compare with other hotels, as there are just about no other hotels around (to be found through the Internet). Although the place was nice, it needs refurbishing. The place starts to look and feel a bit outdated. The swimming pool was empty. Would have been nice to use it. The buffet dinner was very nice! Always many choices on the table. Also the breakfast was great. Lots to choose from! The hotel has a very nice gym. The first time is free for the hotel guests and the following days are not that expensive either. The city itself is a bit difficult place to visit unless in an airconditioned car. There's no airconditioned places anywhere! Would have been nice to pop inside to cool down from the heat in a nice aircondition place. I only found one pharmacy and one bank (plus the hotel) which were airconditioned!
