Positive: The staff is very friendly although they do not speak english, they are willing to help. The room was spacious compared to others hotels in Tokyo and it offers many amenities. Moreover nearby there are many restaurants, one seven eleven and Otsuka station.

Positive: We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the metro and with two 7-Eleven stores nearby, making everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless. Plus, they left a BIG surprise for us upon arrival because it was our anniversary, they prepared balloons, treats and more!! Simply wow, they made us really happy. And the jacuzzi… absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The whole experience was amazing - the staff were lovely and the room was huge with an amazing bathroom. The hotel itself is a 2min walk away from Otsuka station which is along the main city loop - Yamanote Line.

Positive: Big rooms with a very big bathroom, great amenities, free coffee, free washing machine and a quiet vibe.

Negative: I could feel the springs in the mattress, it's not terrible but it's a point of improvement for an even better experience.
