Positive: very convenient location right in the heart of Ismayilli. Supermarket, a great bakery and fresh produce shops are just around the building. Communication via WhatsApp and phone worked well. No problems with check-in. Huge apartment with a good kitchen, a living and a sleeping room, spacious hallway, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Take the marshrutka at 11am to Lahic from the roundabout at the bus station which is quite a walk away, around 30 min on foot. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
Negative: There were 2 major issues: First one is the balcony that fully surrounds the apartment which actually is really cool but unfortunately, they obviously don't do anything about the pigeons there, it is full of pigeon residue and you can't leave the windows open as they fly into the apartment, it really is disgusting. Also, there was a spot near the TV where the birds had stayed for a while, I had to ask them to clean it. Not good. Second major problem is the WiFi. It is only available at the entrance of the apartment, in the hallway. Not in the living room nor in the sleeping room or the kitchen. If you gotta work to do online, think twice before booking. I addressed them but they said they can't do anything about it. I told them, yes you can. Just get an extension or repeater, I have it at home, too. That was a disappointing response.
Summary: great spacious apartment but don't step onto the balcony, it's really dirty

Positive: We were lucky to rent a flat on the north side of the building and had a fantastic view over the city to the mountains. The room service could be called when required everything could be managed very easily. Blankets for cold seasons are supplied, but with the floor heating not really required.
Negative: The kitchen equipment for cooking could be a bit more and a blow dryer would be nice.
