Positive: The hotel has good infrastructure and everything is very modern and functional. The pool was nice and during our stay it was empty and clean so we had a really nice swim. The kids really enjoyed the playground, which was beautiful and well equipped. The room had a nice sunset view, and everything was modern and quite new.
Negative: The place is not sparkly clean. They were stains everywhere. The walls, some sheets, and my bathrobe. There are also stains around the floor, but the main bedding was clean. There was a brken cabinet too. When I paid with card they guy charged the amount of leke, changing it in euros in a 1 to 100 ratio. But that's not the real difference. So we ended up paying more for our stay than the booking price. I saw the price in euros in my bank application receipt and was a notable difference. The shower was losing a lot of water

Positive: 10/10 experience! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and everything exceeded expectations. Comfortable rooms, great atmosphere, and excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again.
