Positive: The quite place and family environment. Pool was really nice

Negative: Dark rooms, and not all lights were working. Breakfast could be better-maybe add some eggs or different proteins.

Positive: Very nice and quiet location. Big swimming pool with nice warm water. Brakfast was ok.

Negative: It would be great if there was some shelf in bathroom to keep personal cosmetics

Positive: The best pool in the area - clean, big and in beautiful surroundings. Also the family-owned restaurant surprised me with my best dinner in Albania. The town (center) was walk away and I enjoyed these walks to bars and restaurants.

Negative: I was missing hot shower couple of times and there are mosquitos, so be prepared. Otherwise it was nice to be away from all the hustle of bigger cities.

Positive: Excellent peaceful location, while only 1 km from Orikum town and 2 km from the public beach. The pool was fantastic, a really good length for swimming and very clean, and, the sun beds were exceptionally comfortable with super views of the mountains. The rooms were large with good showers and air conditioning. Breakfast was simple but there was plenty with a good mix of eggs, fruit, bread, jam and cheese. The associated restaurant just a 2 minute walk away had a great choice of local meat and vegetarian dishes for us to try - excellent! The staff were very attentive and helpful, including helping us to catch our bus back to Tirana on our last day. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

Summary: At the end of our holiday a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Positive: The staff (it's a family run business) was super nice and accommodating. We asked for a few blankets for the beds and it was no problem. The property is charming, albeit a bit basic. The pool is a lovely focal point and the kids enjoyed swimming. We also enjoyed the family-run restaurant just a few minutes' walk away. Air-conditioning felt good given the heat outside (summer); it's located in the back bedroom and gets shared with the front bedroom, so you'll want to leave the door open in between.

Negative: We didn't not like anything, but I wanted to share a few details in case they're helpful. There is WiFi by the pool, but it doesn't extend to the villas/rooms farther out, so be sure you have data on your phone/s and devices if you want to be connected in your room. The shower had nice water pressure, but there was no hot water. In the summer, this wasn't an issue. Pillows on the beds aren't the softest, and our room didn't have the brightest lighting inside (no bedside table lamps), so pack anything you may want in that regard. We encountered many mosquitoes while sitting by the pool in the evening, so if you are a magnet for getting bitten, you may want to prepare accordingly. (We mostly did not get bitten, amazingly.) Do pack your own shampoo, etc. Also, note that there is no hot water kettle or coffee maker, though there is a small refrigerator. Breakfast in the morning is from 8-10am but I would suggest being flexible, as it is prepared for all guests together; ours was ready closer to 9am. There is coffee (espresso, cappuccino, etc.) and tea, along with food. Oh, and do expect to pay for your stay in cash.

Positive: The location was spectacular! There was a stream nearby teeming with birds, turtles and frogs. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. A nature lover’s paradise. The pool was so refreshing! The restaurant was idyllic - outdoor seating by the water. Amazing food! The best lamb and beef, oven cheese! Freshly made bread. Everything was top notch. The staff were the best though. They went out of their way to make the experience special. They prepared breakfast early for us since we had an early outing planned. They made wonderful caj molli (tea) in the evening. And when I got injured on a hike, one staff member- who happened to be a nurse- treated my wounds and even checked back on me the next day. We cannot say enough good things! We hope to return soon!! Such a great family-run business!
