The large entertainers kitchen opens onto the spacious deck with built in bbq and flat screen TV. Overlooking the court, pool and spa, it's easy to relax on the deck while the kids play. Wind down at night in the overhang cave by the firepit, or chill in the lounge watching a movie on the 106" TV (Foxtel included), or perhaps a round of pool in the games room.
Just 15 min to Dee Why Beach, 15 min to Chatswood and 25 min to the city (express bus 2 minutes walk away). Summary: Perfect house for families of all ages! We had an absolute ball! The location is great, not far from the beach and easy access to transport to the city! The tennis court was definitely a highlight for us with adults and children enjoying a hit! The house was clean, it had everything we needed and was relaxing to enjoy a day in! We can’t thank Eden enough for his hospitality, he did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His communication was outstanding and was available at any time if we needed. Was also a huge bonus being pet friendly! We highly recommend this property to all!

Summary: This is a lovely family holiday house ideal for children of all ages. It is a large comfortable home with excellent amenities. The house is in a lovely location, a short drive to the nearby beaches. The host Eden was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Summary: Eden was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very approachable and easy to communicate with. The house itself is secure and all parts were easy to access. The open plan living leading onto the bbq and tennis court worked fantastically for my friends. I can only imagine how great it would be for a family. The suburb is quiet and relaxing. Very close to local restaurants if you can bring yourself to leave. All bedrooms are a good size, plenty of living spaces. The walk-in wardrobe off the master was a lovely luxury. Eden was so reliable. Very easy to chat to and nothing seemed to be too much to ask. There was an amazing welcome basket and just little things that actually could make or break your first night, like milk in the fridge. Also a great FAQ manual, which is was most helpful. I have been to other properties that have not had this. I would most definitely head back here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this property, the customer service I was shown was 5 star worthy *****.

Summary: What a wonderful home. Kids had a ball with the games room, swimming and playing tennis. Owner went above and beyond with ensuring our stay was met to the fullest. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eden

Summary: This house is amazing - very spacious, with plenty of bedrooms for one or multiple families, it has activities to keep everyone entertained for a whole week easily! It is well set up for large groups, with big dining areas and a lovely kitchen that opens out onto the entertaining deck. The outlook from the house across the green neighbourhood and beyond is also lovely. Eden was super helpful and always quickly available to answer any queries. We absolutely loved our stay at Belrose Resort.

Summary: My friends and family stayed in this property for Christmas and had an amazing time. We couldn't of asked for more in relation to the property, the amenities and overall dealings with the property manager. Eden went above and beyond in order to ensure we had the best Christmas possible in Belrose. I am already looking at dates to get back and couldn't recommend the place more for a family or group of friends. You won't need to leave the house with everything it has to offer, pool, spa, tennis courts and a bar with pool table. Thanks again Eden for everything!!
