Positive: The position in the middle of nature is perfekt to explore the surroundings. We took an appartment. The kitchen was well eqipped and has had a nice terrace to eat outside. Bed rooms and badroom really spacious an windows in every room. We‘ve also had dinner one‘s in the Resort restaurant. Staff was friendly, Food very nice and so the wine!

Positive: The cottage itself is lovely and spacious, the grounds have many amenities that are good for teens and young families. Very clean. Lots of parking.

Negative: The food at the restaurant for the small portions are pricey, and selection is very limited. There is nowhere on site to purchase items for cooking/light meal or water. The doors to the cottage have a difficult to use lock. The lack of a washer and dryer in unit is a shame, as it would be very helpful. They need to add a mini market on site with some fresh items like fruits, and a kids menu.

Positive: Apartment was super spacious with separate room, there is pool, paddel and tennis (did not manage to use due to just spending night there) that wish we would have had time to use. There is also restaurant on premises, but cant comment on quality/price. Parking is further away from cabin but you are allowed to drive closer to unpack/pack so that is convenient.

Negative: At check in staff took our IDs and then guided us to our cabin and said we can pick up IDs afterwards - that was a bit weird and unnecessary to keep IDs with them. At check out someone must have mixed up numbers and added water bottle price to our bill, but as i said we did not purchase one, staff did not raise complaints and reduced bill. In kitchen in cabin it was written that it is free to use (what else?!) but if you leave it dirty and don't take out trash (no info on where to take your trash) it is 60Eur fine - that was weird. For 3rd bed there was no blanket on bed, there was one in closet packed in closed bag so not sure if that also will have to be paid for some time after?

Positive: Perfect location for exploring both Capalbio village and Argentario sea side area. Quiet and clean room. I suggest to explore restaurant in the area but the hotel restaurant is very good. Service and staff outstanding and flexible to meet your specific needs.
