Positive: We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. It is located in an ideal location, in the very center and close to the main attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. It is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the building.

Positive: Nice appartment, a lot of space with a nice wooden floor

Negative: Noisy from the outside and all furniture at the end of its life span, in particular the kitchen. Greasy air exhaust, no extra's except 3 kg of salt. Bed also not nice. Shower cabin mouldy, and with minimal toiletries, but good towels. Stains on/from the airconditioning (not tested for functionality).

Summary: Excellent location in building with a lot of character, but in poor state of maintenance

Positive: The location was very convenient and the studio apartment is bright and spacious. It has a nice bathroom.

Negative: The apartment faces a main road and there is a restaurant on the ground floor beneath so it can be noisy. The air conditioner was not very efficient and wasn't very cooling. The apartment is in the DTZ zone so access by car is restricted unless you apply for the permit.

Summary: A conveniently located and comfortable apartment if you don't mind the traffic noise.

Positive: Great location, the historic centre is in a walkable distance. The flat is located in a beautiful palazzo. Bus stops in front of the building. The flat is spatious with a kitchen where we could even cook and bake and a large enough table to eat. Nice, hotel-like bathroom and accessories.

Negative: The elevator worked only on our first day, then it was broken and not fixed during our stay. The floor levels are quite high with lots of steps to reach the second floor. The air conditioner was very loud. Opening the windows for the night was not an option, the traffic from the street is extremely noisy. The bed mattress was uncomfortably soft and leaning to one side on the first night. Then we fixed it (the frame was fallen off in one corner...)

Summary: Great location, nice stay with some nuisances.
