Positive: We liked the host,( Ezra) she was great and attentive. Anytime we had questions she would respond immediately and was very helpful. She even helped us call a taxi to take us to the train station.

Negative: I liked the apartment very much as it was cozy and had good Air condition.

Positive: Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped apartment, as already mentioned by others. By now, there is indeed a water kettle, too; just look in the top-most cupboard. Very friendly and helpful host. Free street parking; it was easy to find a parking lot; just don't leave anything visible in the car. And, the area is really not that bad as stated by others.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need, key transfer was easy and the owner was very friendly. The apartment is 2 minutes from a supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the metro. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend and if we return to Milan we would book again.
