Positive: Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains just as we'd hoped. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff very helpful. They even swapped our bed from a double to two singles at short notice as I was travelling with my daughter. The hosts were very kind and provided us with drinks and cake in the garden upon arrival. The breakfast was amazing with local produce and home cooked delicacies. Probably the best (and biggest!) breakfast I've had a hotel. Unfortunately we didn't speak much Italian otherwise it would have been lovely to chat to the nice Italian couple who ran the hotel.

Positive: Graziano & Stefania are the most warm, welcoming and wonderful hosts. They simply could not do enough for us. We were treated like royalty. They have done an amazing job of renovating their beautiful, historic property, and we greatly appreciated Graziano sharing with us, the history of the building, and some of the associated family memorabilia. A very special and truly wonderful experience for my husband and I. Amazing attention to detail, with everything finished to the highest possible standard. Our room was large, and extremely comfortable. We even had a lovely sitting area that we hadn't expected, and we loved the wonderful bathroom and huge shower. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, and the whole building always smelt divine. The view from our room was simply stunning. When it came to breakfast, Stefania could not have been more accommodating. The amazing selection of her wonderful, home baked delights was amazing, and yet she still wanted to tailor to our personal requests and preferences. I cannot recommend Don Alberto highly enough. The accommodation is amazing, the location stunning, but Graziano and Stefania's warmth, hospitality and ability to make you feel welcome are second to none. Thank you so much Graziano and Stefania for having us. :)

Positive: This property is so lovely, the rooms have been decorated extremely tastefully, the attention to detail is wonderful. Everything is spectacularly clean 😀😃 The hosts were totally amazing, they went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, they made our stay very special. The breakfast provided was superb, not only was it tasty and nutritious it was also presented so beautifully! We would say that this is one of best breakfasts we have experienced from a hotel. 👍🏽👍🏽 The views from the hotel were also spectacular - how fortunate to be able to eat your tasty breakfast whilst gazing at Gran Sasso.
