Positive: The location is very convenient for car travellers, a short access from the motorway but still in quiet surroundings. You can visit for instance Trieste, Udine, Palmanova very easily by car, also many beach destinations are close enough. Letizia was the nicest hostess ever, always available for any detail and she provides you all the information of the area and gives the best restaurant suggestions. You will have the whole house for yourselves, very private (only two offices downstairs, no noise from there). Fenced garden and a safe parking behind a gate even for bigger cars. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped (excluding only dishwasher) and had also the daily necessities like coffee, tea, spices, olive oil etc for use. Two balconies to have breakfast or dinner outside. We felt very welcome and would certainly like to return again!
