Positive: No breakfast, but kitchen and great facilities to create your own meals. Location is spacious and great .. next to main roads, but no traffic noise. Few minutes by bike from railway station. 2 Minutes by bike from shopping mall (AH, etc.) Could work very well also (strong WiFi). Could park my bike inside the apartment.

Positive: Very spaceous, great amenities, quiet despite the busy road. Comfortable. Great host. Friendly and accommodating with late check-in. I could even park my bike safe inside.
