Positive: The view from the loft overlooking the valley is amazing! Everything was clean and good condition. It appeared very new. Good size refrigerator and freezer. Stove and oven available. A couple restaurants and bars within 100m of the front door. Open late, even in the "off season." Very comfortable bed with memory foam pillow.

Negative: It did not have a microwave.

Summary: New modern apt with an amazing view over the valley to enjoy a nice glass of wine from the balcony.
