Positive: The apartment was very big and comfortable Kitchen well equipped Bed was big and comfortable The hostess was very kind and nice

Negative: The apartment floor and linen was not clean enough The pool and spa promised is not accessible for children which was not advertised correctly

Summary: Came especially for the indoor pool so the kids was highly disappointed

Positive: Perfect place for a calm stay. Access to spa included. The team is super nice and friendly. Location is perfect: supermarket right behind the corner, close to the city center + you can get to Rome less than 30 min driving. Highly recommended

Positive: Sport center, isolated place and of course… magical Cristiana which is one of the most warm and professional staff ever.

Negative: A little too „unequipped” apartment. Some clothes racks, more dishes would be great and also there are some weird noises while using water - probably something with pressure. Anyway - i liked this place.

Summary: Very satisified and i would come back again.

Positive: We arrived late in the evening and faced an unpleasant situation — the hotel was overbooked, even though our reservation was confirmed and paid for. After some clarification, the managers handled the situation very professionally: they personally came to meet us and took us to a reserve room. The staff truly deserve special thanks — they were attentive, friendly, and helped us with everything. The room itself was spacious, with a large balcony, and the cleaning was great. The only downside was the constant requests to resend the payment confirmation, which became a bit tiring. Overall, we had a good stay despite the check-in issue.

Negative: There is no kettle in the room. There is no shoehorn in the room.
