Positive: The apartment is lovely, very well equipped, and located in a quiet and convenient area. There’s free parking right next to the building, two balconies with a lovely view, and everything inside feels new and high quality.

Negative: Unfortunately, during our stay, there was no hot water for the first two nights due to a technical issue, which was only fixed on the third day. We understand that it happened during a public holiday, so it took longer to repair; however, it did affect our experience.

Positive: The location was good, and close to amenities. Communication with the host was efficient and pleasant and friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items and even got a welcome bottle of wine, juice, and cake. Nice terrace with views of Limassol. Apartment was clean and quite spacious.

Negative: The windows initially were not sealed and could be dangerous for children (especially on the 7th floor). This was then accommodated swiftly by the host which was nice, and we appreciated that. However, in general I wouldn't say this is a child friendly property - hot water in the showers need to be heated beforehand, the water pressure was very weak, the terrace is not closed off and can again be risky for smaller kids. The apartment was not cosy in its decoration and more could be done to give it a homey feeling. Especially for the price charged, I think there are better options and it was overly priced for what it was.

Positive: A comfortable apartment with beautiful interior. It was better than we expected from reviews and pictures. The house was equipped with everything that we needed and even more. The location was very quiet and calm but at a walking distance to the center. We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. If we revisit Limassol, will for sure stay there again. Recommending everyone!

Positive: Good location in Limassol, lovely walk along the beach promenade to the old town. Very stylish apartment, modern kitchen and had everything required, although we did not cook there, just breakfast. Bathrooms were modern, clean and shower was great. Outside terrace was so relaxing, comfortable seating, spent mornings and evenings here.

Negative: The single bed in the second room was not very comfortable. The double was good in the main. The TV was too small and too far away from the sofa so we couldn't see it Good for adults, not for children due to balcony wall heights.
