Positive: Location, short distance to downtown easy accessible by foot, and nice area for walks and places to eat and drink. Nice apartment with good climate control, and good bed for sleep and relax. Small inner garden for relaxing and listening to the wild life whole enjoying a cup of Joe. Kitchen is well equipment including a dishwasher, what is there not no love ? Is a good place yo relax and enjoy the quiet and efficient life in the northern part of Netherland 👌

Positive: The photos of this accommodation don't do it justice, it's stunning. The space has been thoughtfully designed, with everything you could need for your stay. Comfort is all around, from the dining chairs to the sofa and the bed. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality products. There's plenty of storage, and the shower is great. The hosts were wonderful, communication was great before and during our stay, we were given the warmest of welcomes and they went above and beyond to offer help, without being intrusive in any way during your stay.

Negative: As a couple who have early nights, and arriving on the longest day of the year, we found the light from the front door reflected in the mirror, affecting the person in one side of the bed. We had a couple of lightweight coats I was able to hang over the window which resolved the problem.

Positive: Location was great for visiting the old city and cycling. Jumbo grocery store close by too. Friendly owners made us feel welcome. Lovely courtyard provided the perfect place to unwind from sightseeing. Many small touches! Leeuwarden is a beautiful city and this little apartment gave us space and facilities to feel like we were home.

Positive: The owners did a superb job organizing this apartment. It is spacious and furnished to a high standard with the guests' needs and comfort in mind. The complete kitchen was very handy. We arrived with the scheduled Arrive bus and it's just a 2-min walk along the same street. It's also a pleasant short stroll into town, but I enjoyed living in the quiet residential area. We rented e-bikes from Fietsstation058 and biked everywhere in and out of town. We stayed just one week and that was too short. Want to return.
