Positive: Very nice place to stay in Rimini, all you need for having a rest, making meals etc. is available. You can also get a beach umbrella or toys from you child if you need. Owners were always very helpful and available on WhatsApp or on the reception. Location is quite good, the supermarket, beach, train and bus stations are really max 5 minutes away from this place. Highly recommend! :)
Negative: The night life is really active here, so be ready that there can be loud till 00:00 with closed windows and balconies due to the music or singing people from bars/hotels around. For us it was not such a big problem.

Positive: The apartment was impeccably clean and fully equipped with all necessary amenities for our week-long stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening with wine, cheese, and salad. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Overall, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The new Spar, located less than five minutes away, offered an abundant selection of fresh, high-quality food.
Negative: The noise from Luna Park, occurring almost nightly, was truly unbearable.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was very clean and just a short walk from the sea. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the atmosphere very welcoming and pleasant. I also appreciated having two sets of keys — it was very convenient. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great place with a very positive and comfortable vibe.
Summary: a good apartment

Positive: Very close to the beach, walking distance. Tashia our host was super nice and always helpful, could not have asked for any better! Highly recommended to anyone!
Negative: Accomodations in this area can be sometimes a bit nosier at night as they are close to the sea and there is often nightlife, but this is something all accomodations would have that are so close to the beach, so its a compromise someone needs to make if they want to be so close to the beach.
Summary: Awesome place, very nice and the our host Tashia was always there to help us with anything we needed
