Positive: Very comfortable room and spacious. Had a king suite.

Negative: The continental breakfast was rather limited choices. Food was good and area was exceptionally clean.

Positive: The staff was terrific. The hotel staff is the best I've encountered in a very long time. They were friendly, speaking to me every time I walked through the front door, and every other staff member I walked by talked to me. The room was clean and up to my standards.

Negative: Though the building is very nice and well-kept, the location is terrible. Two derelict properties across the street resemble movie sets from a zombie apocalypse movie. Sketchy people walk the streets at all hours of the day/night, and frankly, I was prepared to walk outside every morning to find my car broken into (thankfully, that did not happen).
