Positive: Breakfast was terrible. Only 1 day was there breakfast meat and we literally got thr last 4. On Easter Sunday there was very little and the stuff that day were rude.

Negative: Breakfast without coffee till I waited more than 10 minutes. Very little at breakfast other than scrambled eggs. Rude staff on Easter morning. Had to get towels at front desk 3 times.

Summary: Location was fine.50 % of staff need to be terminated.

Positive: The suite was very clean and the beds and furniture very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and soaps available. The kitchen was well equipped. The fireplace added coziness to our stay. The receptionists were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and we were offered a nice variety of choices. The breakfast staff was pleasant, cheerful and accommodating, as well as attentive to keeping the space clean and food replenished. The housekeepers we encountered were cheerful and pleasant.
