Positive: I liked that it was a pet friendly hotel. The room was spacious and well laid out. Pet relief area was a plus. Coffee was freshly brewed and available for early risers.⁰

Negative: Breakfast food prep area was tight and congested. Selection and variety limited for a Residence Inn. Room could have used 2 TV's vs 1. Did not like that there was a nightly parking charge of $15 in an open non secure parking lot.

Positive: Everything was wonderful stayed only one night. One night get away for my husband birthday. We enjoyed the privacy, was quiet slept good.

Positive: This was a perfect studio room for a couple traveling with a small dog. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with enough (paid) parking close by the entrances. It was close to shopping, dining, and family attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, as well as conveniently located by the exit on the first floor. The bed was quite comfortable; there were lots of quality linens available; and, the kitchenette was well-appointed with a nice table and chairs. There was a lot of closet and dresser space for several nights. The large heated indoor pool was also a plus. From check-in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again!

Negative: We were charged $100 nonrefundable deposit for our small (12 lbs) dog. I understand that there are some irresponsible pet owners who travel with animals that can be noisy and/or destructive to hotel property. It is unfortunate that those of us with well-behaved dogs that do not cause problems have to "pay" for the inconsiderate actions of others. I wish there was a "good dog" certificate that hotels (and/or booking apps) could award for pets in order to waive any pet fees. Perhaps a pet travel insurance plan with a low one-time premium.

Summary: Spacious studio room in beautiful location that is peaceful and yet close to all the action!

Positive: Loved the staff, the bed was great, the bedding was so clean and fresh, the refreshments in the lobby were great. Really nice breakfast selection.

Negative: Was a little hard to find with the construction around but we made it there, the couch was so so, thought it could have been a little cleaner and it was hard to find a parking spot at times but overall really enjoyed my time there

Positive: I like to make my own breakfast in the morning and this Residence Inn room has cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, cooking utensils to allow that to happen for a 10 night stay. Staff is very helpful. Tennis courts available nearby with reasonable membership at Community Center.

Negative: I liked everything.

Summary: Nowhere better than Residence Inn when staying in Glenwood Springs for more than a few nights.
