Negative: We paid for a 2 bedroom. We walked into the room and had to immediately leave it. It smelled like either pee or cat litter. Lady at front desk gave us a studio room for the night because there were no 2 bedrooms available. Manager Kim was very apologetic. The next day gave us the presidential suite and extra membership points. Everything worked out.
