Summary: Enjoyed the attractive pool area, outdoor gathering area, and lobby. Staff was most hospitable to our family. Breakfast options were good.

Summary: The staff was excellent. The room is the only thing we had issues with. The water: Had no hot in kitchen. Bath vanity seemed to have mineral deposits and air in it. The AC: There was very little air flow into the living/kitchen/entry (where thermostat is). Had vents completely closed in bedroom and it was still freezing in there. There seems to be a restriction in ducting. Other than that, the room was what we have come to expect.

Summary: Couldn’t enjoy the amenities because it was overrun by kids. Even the lobby had some kind of kids party. Our room wasn’t ready at our check in time Otherwise the room was great.
