Summary: The room felt like it was 50 degrees when we arrived. We had to turn the thermostat to 85 before the furnace started. Then it took about 3 hours before it felt comfortable. The lobby to eat breakfast was so cold we had to wear winter coats. There was no sign of heat blowing anywhere in the lobby. Water pressure is barely adequate. There was no additional bedding for the sofa bed. Our room only had one towel and one wash cloth. The signs for check-in and parking are not very visible. The parking layout is horrible. No parking at the front of the hotel only at the side which is able 50 yards from the front lobby entrance. And they have the nerve to charge $3 a day for parking in a suburban location. There's no hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobby near breakfast. This hotel is very subpar compared to other Residence Inn's.

Summary: The room was great, bathroom clean, bedding clean and plush. My biggest complaint was that it is a very noisy hotel. It felt like someone with 8 kids was living above us. People banged their suitcases down the steps at 5am and I think the entire floor heard it. My spouse had a very difficult time sleeping.

Summary: Room was pretty clean. Needs touched up. Air works great. King bed and pillows not comfy. Great amenities. Need extra blankets and pillows in room for pull out. Could not get extra towels and washcloths as they were always out day and night. Overall not bad
