Negative: 1)The bedroom television did NOT work when we arrived. There was no one available to fix it, so we had to wait for the next day. 2) We booked the shuttle for 9:45 am. to disney parks. There were others waiting for the shuttle as well (we were all told to wait in front of the hotel). The shuttle arrived at the end of the block, so everyone watched it pulling away! We were told to call for an uber and subnit the receipt for reimbursement. That set a bad tone for everyone. Hotel Staff need to clearly identify to guests where the pickup location is for the shuttle.

Positive: The breakfast was awesome, the facilities were perfect, my family and I used the gym, it's a quiet place. At the first day we discovered that the hotel hired the bus services that could take us to Disney Parks. Great overall experience.
