Positive: Great amenities, convenient location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Negative: Musty smell in hallways and rooms. There was a large party, 15-20 adults and 20-30 children and teens taking over the entire pool area. One family was a guest and the rest were friends and family from the area they invited over. They were up until 12:30am drinking and playing loud music. They used both BBQ’s, all but one table, the whole fire pit area, and they were playing so rowdy in the pool that we didn’t feel safe being in there. Every table, chair, and towel around the pool was soaked from their rough housing in the pool. What is worse is that they were related to a staff member so their behavior was allowed to continue regardless of how it affected all other guests.

Positive: The room was clean with everything we needed.

Negative: There were 4 of us so the kids slept on the sofa which had not been made. I did not expect to make the bed myself. There was only one pillow for the sofa. Overall not such a big deal just surprising.

Positive: Breakfast: Quality of food. Unlimited supply. Coffee options. Fresher and healthier options. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Negative: Breakfast: Slightly limited range for the hot food which wasn't consistent from day to day, but not a major issue for me. Second lift wasn't working the whole time I was there, which was a bit frustrating.

Summary: Very happy as I got exactly what I needed with all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
