Summary: The ladies serving breakfast in the morning and cleaning the rooms sylvia, yuri and company were awesome. Attentive and genuinely happy to help they made the stay feel welcome and personal.

Summary: The mattress was too soft and noisy with any movement. The room is not soundproof enough to hear outside / upstairs walking or open/close doors. Other than these, services and breakfast were good.

Summary: So my room is all ok... but the only down side that i can say is this hotel is infested with ants and bed bugs. Yes! You hurd me me right! Me and my sister and her husband and her baby got bitten by bed bugs. And when we told the front desk the guys is on indenial mode... saying that its all mosquitoe bites not bed bugs... and i we said its not mosquitoe bite coz who would bite you from ur butt to go down to ur legs... and even the baby got bitten on his face and legs. And also the whole time we stayed there ants is everywhere to the sink to the bathroom floors name it! You cant even leave or put down a spoon coz after 5 mins there are there! Anyway we let the manager know and she only said she will call ecolab.... and didn't even offer us a discount after we all been through.
