Summary: We visited Charlotte for a Savannah Bananas game, so the area was packed with visitors. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the staff at the Residence Inn were friendly and made the checkin process quick and painless. Our room was ready on time and very clean. The bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay here again, especially with the proximity to the stadium and ballpark.

Summary: Only one elevator was working. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. I also killed a roach in my room.
