Positive: The pool was honestly the best part. Also the place was very quiet which gives extra points.

Negative: Not the best cleaning (understandable but acceptable). Missing washing machine (also understandable for the "low" price compared to competitors but still a con). Missing air con, devastating in summer. The kitchen tap was broken and the toilet kept losing water but still we are not stupid and we managed some quick fixes.

Positive: Beatiful location, close to Pisa, Lucca, Florencie, the sea. The hostess is a nice woman, the conversation was with the help of a gesture, the lady does not speak English. The big advantage is the pool and the cafe pub right downstairs and also everything necessary for a stay with a baby.

Negative: But the apartment was not well enough equipped, there were no cutlery, utensils, we did not even have something to wash the utensils, there was not jar and sponge for washing up, which I find is a mandatory equipment for an apartment where you have a kitchenette. Also the kitchen and the bathroom were spongy. Outside the window there was a lot of bird droppings that hadn’t been cleaned up for a long time.

Positive: The location itself is a great starting point for visiting tourist attractions. Considering the price of the apartment, I will not complain about the shortcomings, as the price and the offer are balanced. The pool and bar located on the ground floor of the building are definitely a bonus. Even the roommate on the ground floor creates a pleasant and social atmosphere with his friends by playing musical instruments and singing. Maybe the tunes in the evening can disturb some, but they didn't bother us. The apartment is more basic, but we are also modest. However, I did not pay enough attention to the description of the accommodation and was expecting an apartment with an outdoor terrace, but unfortunately we got a room under the roof. No terrace. I recommend that you discuss this with the owner before booking if you want to have a terrace.
