Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nicely furnished apartment, new and clean furniture. Everything as in the description. Fully equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare almost all meals. Lots of space in the wardrobes. Bathroom clean and spacious. On the terrace covered with a pergola you can eat breakfast in the peace while enjoying the sound of the sea and the singing of birds. We were there at the beginning of May so there were no neighbors which gave peace and quiet. On the beautiful nearby beach in the bay in the cliff we did not meet a single person - private beach :-) Very well working WiFi. We didn’t have a chance to test the air conditioning, but it was available in the living room and bedroom. Spacious and fenced parking lot.

Negative: It would be great if there was coffee available. Although there was instant coffee, but it's not the same. Also, dishwasher and washing machine tablets would be a great solution. When you're on vacation, it's hard to buy a whole pack and use 2 tablets. The lack of a frying pan didn't allow for scrambled eggs, although all other kitchen equipment was available. So there's nothing to complain about.

Summary: Very nice place, lots of space and comfort.

Positive: This is a little bit difficult. Overall i would call it the "once there was" house. Because once there was everything. You can see that this used to be a luxury home. It is set up beautifully but now it seems abandoned. A lot of the comfort that has been originally installed is just out of work or disconnected. A few examples: There is a dishwasher - but it is disconnected so you can't use it. Instead it sits there and smells bad. There used to be a beautiful garden with a beautiful pool - it is out of order and a dirty dump now. The staircase outside has some loose steps. There a light sensors and lights in all outside areas, but just exactly in the most risky spot it is broken. The worst of all: it states on booking.com that it has WiFi but it doesn't. The connection cable for the router is sticking out of the wall, but there is no service. Fun fact: the router still lies peacefully in a closet. Things like that just give you the feeling of not being welcome. This would be no problem if you knew it advance or the price would be lower. But you are a little bit off there, which we actually liked, but especially than we would have liked to be able to do some research or watch something on netflix or our tablet. Because the Roaming network coverage is not that great either. And we wanted to research some stuff on our own. And yes, the staff that hands over the key to you is extremely friendly and sends you a ton of whatsapp info about the area, but without internet how are you gonna look at it? So as a sum up: You just feel a little bit out of place there. It could be paradise, but you feel odd. Feels like some remote rich guy wants to make some money and doesn't care about it. It's sad, because it could be a great place. Positive: -Great seaview. -Big windows towards the sea. -Big veranda with a big shading "tent" -Really spacious appartment. -Nice bathroom with big shower. -Good beds.

Negative: Negative: -Everything that breaks doesn't get fixed -Gives you the feeling of no love for the place. It just seemed like it has not been rented out in a long time. -NO WIFI. Seriously: what does a minimal wifi rate cost? Especially in comparison to people being dissatisfied about this point? -kitchen is there but underequipped - bad smell out of all the sinks, flies in the bathroom from unused sinks - can't access the sea, very steep drop - overpriced for what it is (we paid 120 a night)
