Positive: The rooms are lovely, we stayed in a 1 bedroom with balcony, the balcony is a small square, big enough for maybe 2 people but a bit of a squeeze, the location is great for getting to everywhere, whilst being away from all the noise.

Negative: The spa was lovely, however there was a few occasions where there were kids in the hot tub, using it like a swimming pool, being noisy and splashing around, I did message the staff to let them know, but never got a response. There were power cuts a lot whilst we were there so we would be without WiFi and air con, however it was in the middle of the heat wave, so I understand that may have been why. We actually got trapped in the lift during one of the power cuts, we were in it for around 10 minutes with no one coming to help, despite pressing the help button multiple times. They also changed the door code halfway through our stay, but didn’t let us know, so we had to phone up, it took a while to get told the code. The room itself was lovely, but communication was not great and I don’t think it was worth the high price.

Positive: Very central and instructions to enter were straightforward. The spa area was great after a long day out walking through the city.

Negative: Sometimes the main entrance door was awkward, after entering the code you had to push open the door immediately. Pity the spa didn’t open at 10am or before

Positive: The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed such as hair dryer , iron etc. The patio was nice and spacious. Even the reception area was immaculate too.

Negative: The air con system wasn’t great and we stayed really hot during the night and there was a shower panel missing meaning shower times were messy but these things can be fixed .

Positive: It is such a beautiful apartment complex So clean A lovely 10 minute walk to the main square Plenty of shops cafe's foreign exchange on your walk to the square and a beautiful park that runs through the city The wellness centre is such a bonus so relaxing it really made our stay Staff on the Booking.com messages were fantastic I asked many questions and were always answered so very nice and professional

Negative: I gave a score of 9 because I should of checked the accommodation options better we were a family of four and we definitely would of preferred a bigger apartment as we were a bit squashed with the one bedroom and couch bed for our older children So next time I will check it properly as we will definitely be back to stay again
