Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described, and even better. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay — a hot shower, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, iron, washing machine, fresh towels, and a very comfortable bed. The SMART TV and fridge were also great additions, making us feel completely at home. The location is perfect — just a 4-minute walk to Republic Square and close to everything in the city center. We were able to explore all of Yerevan by walking, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt like we were staying with family thanks to the kind and supportive host. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Positive: A very warm and welcoming host — always available via WhatsApp or phone, which made everything easy and stress-free. We were genuinely surprised to find such a unique little house just two minutes from the main square. It feels like a private hideaway right in the heart of the city. There’s even a small yard, and it seems the host’s family lives nearby, which adds to the homey and safe atmosphere. The house has everything you need to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. Truly a special place — we’ll remember it for a long time!
